Alexander Gallegos

Executive Chef

Born and grew up in the Hudson Valley ( Wurtsboro, NY). After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 2014, Alex landed his first job at Daniel by Daniel Boulud where he stayed for couple of years. Alexander held roles in several of New York's most cherished restaurants including Cut by Wolfgang Puck, Eleven Madison Park, Le Bernadin and Per Se.
